EVENT OVERVIEW
The Wertz Warriors All-Star Summer Jam is a free, family-friendly community music festival benefiting Special Olympics Michigan. The event features live music (19 Bands), food, vendors, raffles, auctions, and community engagement throughout Downtown Mount Clemens.

Sunday, August 9, 2026
Vendor Setup: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Festival Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

REGISTRATION
All vendors must provide a description of products and services being offered. Event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny any products deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with the event's charitable mission.
VENDOR FEES
Vendor Booth Fee: $75.00
SETUP & TEARDOWN
- Setup begins at 9:00 AM
- Vendors must be fully operational by 12:00 PM
- After unloading, vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas
- No early teardown permitted
- Vendors must remain open throughout event hours
FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS
Food and beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, inspections, and approvals. Vendors must comply with all local, county, and state regulations.
BOOTH INFORMATION
- Standard booth size: 12' x 12'
- Additional spaces may be purchased if available
- Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and weights
- All tents must be properly secured for safety
SALES TAX & INSURANCE
Vendors are responsible for maintaining any required Michigan sales tax licenses and liability insurance.
CONFIRMATION
Registration confirmations will be sent upon receipt of payment and approved application.
Vendor information packets will be distributed approximately two weeks prior to the event.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Applications must be received by:
August 1st, 2026
NO SUBLEASING OF BOOTH SPACE PERMITTED
LIABILITY WAIVER
The Wertz Warriors, Eastside Music Scene, Mount Clemens Downtown Development Authority (DDA), their officers, volunteers, sponsors, and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or liability arising from participation in this event, except where caused by gross negligence.
The applicant agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.
